Do you work with organisations outside Wiltshire?
Yes. Our services are delivered remotely, so we support heritage organisations UK-wide. In-person meetings and training can be arranged within reasonable travel distance.
What if I'm not sure what I need?
That's exactly what the free consultation is for. We'll help you figure out what would be most valuable for your organisation and budget.
Can you provide a quote before the consultation?
Our packages have set prices (listed on the Packages page), but we're happy to discuss specific needs and provide accurate quotes during your consultation.
Do you work with very small organisations?
Yes. We work with everyone from small preservationrusts and sole practitioners through to national charities. Our services are designed to be accessible at different budget levels.
Can communications support be included in grant applications?
Absolutely. Many clients include our services in Heritage Lottery Fund applications, Arts Council grants and conservation project budgets. We can provide documentation to support your applications.
What's your cancellation policy?
We work month-to-month with 30 days’ notice. We don't lock clients into long contracts.
